We collect qualitative and quantitative data through campus surveys, meetings with stakeholders and review of documents to establish the scope of and rank campus diversity efforts underway as a baseline and benchmark for diversity strategy.

Designing and Assessing Campus Diversity Strategy

We guide our Clients through the conceptualization and implementation of diversity strategic action plans to engage all stakeholders in advancing a culture of acceptance that optimizes institutional effectiveness by encouraging the unique strengths of each individual.

We review our Clients’ current strategic plans to incorporate key measures of diversity and LGBT inclusion.

We identify key issues and leverage points in LGBT student support and institutional policies and practices as part of a holistic institutional diversity strategy.
